The project sits on lots C1 and C2 of Phu My An Urban Area, fronting Dao Duy Tung Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang. It is about 1 minute from Singapore International School and Co Co River Square, 3 minutes from the Marble Mountains, the FPT complex and My Khe Beach, 5 minutes from University Village and 20 minutes from Da Nang International Airport.

The developer is Regal Group Joint Stock Company (ticker RGG).
How many residences are there, and what types?
There are 683 residences in two 20-storey towers: Mira with 418 units and Embassy with 265 units. Unit types on sale are 1-bedroom + study (66.8 m²), 2-bedroom (83.3–83.7 m²) and 3-bedroom (96.3–97.9 m²), net floor area.
When is handover?
Construction started on 2 September 2025. Handover is scheduled for 15 March 2028 under the current sales policy.
What is included at handover?
Residences are handed over with premium base finishes: 12 mm+ engineered wood floors, Vietceramics 600 × 1200 mm tiles, Bosch/Hafele induction hob and hood, Grohe/Toto sanitaryware, Philips lighting, Schneider switches, Hafele smart lock and LG/Panasonic air-conditioning (or equivalent brands). Loose furniture is not included.
Is the project cleared for sale?
On 25 June 2026 the Da Nang Department of Construction confirmed that all 683 residences are eligible for sale.
Which banks provide financing?
Partner banks are MB, BIDV, Shinhan and Vietnam–Russia Bank (VRB). Under the current policy, the first disbursement carries 0% interest support and a 24-month principal grace period until 30 March 2028.
Is there rental management?
Owners may appoint Regal/Icity Hotels to manage leasing for a fee of 5% of monthly revenue. The current policy includes an income support of VND 3, 5 or 8 million per month (by unit type) for 36 months, for buyers who have paid at least 95% of the price at handover.
